Personalise an Interactive Invitation

Love an existing template but no time or inclination to edit it? No problem, simply send your details and we'll have your gorgeous template personalised and returned to you within 48 hours of receiving all the details. 

Pop the template in your basket as well as this personalisation service, and upon purchasing, you'll receive a form to complete with all the details we need, including: 

• Your chosen template
• Your full names
• Date and time of your ceremony
• Location of ceremony - full address, map link and short intro to venue.
• Link to your registry/alternative link
• Travel, accommodation and dress code details you would like to include
• Small changes to RSVP form if needed
• Photos of you if a photo template, and/or your venue

Please note:

• We will only start work on personalising once we have received all the required details.
• Once all the details are collected, we will return your template to you as a personal Canva template link within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed. 
• This service is the personalisation of an existing template, which is inclusive of:
  • Changing your names; details relating to your wedding time, date and location; updating travel, accommodation and dress code page; new countdown timer; changes to the RSVP form.
  • All the above details will be provided by the customer. 
  • If you would like to change fonts and colours, please provide the specific fonts and colour palette with hex codes.
  • The service includes a maximum of two rounds of amends. 
• This service does not include:
  • The template itself. Please add the desired template to your order in addition to this personalisation service. 
  • Changing design details like creating new colour palettes, font pairings, sourcing images or creating new design illustrations/other design details. 
  • Adding pages or changing the structure of the invitation.
  • Sourcing information or copywriting - all details to be included must be provided by the customer.
  • Any more than two rounds of amends. Tip - please collate all your feedback and share in one round to avoid using up your rounds by sharing in bits and bobs. 
  • Downloading, sharing your invitation for you, or managing RSVP's in any way.
  • Creating a new design for you. We'd love to - but this is the wrong product. Please see our bespoke service offer.
• As with all of our digital products, this product is not refundable. Please do make sure you are clear on what is included before purchasing - we're here to answer any questions you may have before hitting the 'buy' button!
